Customer Success Manager

Samantha Smith has extensive experience in customer success and implementation engineering, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and previously as an Implementation Engineer at Descartes MacroPoint™ since July 2016. In these roles, Samantha acts as a subject matter expert for the MacroPoint platform, manages customer projects, oversees implementation documentation, and serves as a technical liaison for sales and operations. Prior to this, Samantha was a Compliance Representative responsible for key customer relationships and compliance management, and held various positions in the Activations team, efficiently managing the carrier activation process. Samantha's experience also includes a role as a Customer Service Agent at FedEx Custom Critical, where custom transportation solutions were developed to meet customer needs. Samantha graduated from Manchester High School in 2012.
