Gary McMaster -

Gary McMaster - MBA has extensive experience in research and development roles. Gary worked at Mactac North America as the Vice President of Research and Development from 2016 to the present. Gary successfully completed cost-out projects and achieved significant cost reductions. Prior to that, they held the same position at Mactac under the ownership of Platinum Equity from 2014 to 2016. During this time, they reorganized the R&D department and improved earnings. Before joining Mactac, they worked at Bemis Company, Inc., where they held various roles, including Vice President of Research and Development and Director of Research & Development. At Bemis, they led a team and was responsible for determining the technical future of MACtac. Gary also worked at LORD Corporation as a Product Development Chemist.

Gary McMaster earned their bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University from 1987 to 1991. Gary then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Penn State University from 1993 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Gary also obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Blackbelt in August 2003.
