Hollie Eastin

Hollie Eastin has extensive experience in compensation and benefits roles. Hollie most recently served as the Director of Benefits & Compensation at Mactac North America starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Compensation & Benefits at SOTERA HEALTH LLC from August 2017 to November 2021.

Before joining SOTERA HEALTH LLC, Hollie worked at EnvisionRx for several years in various roles, including Director of Compensation & Benefits and Manager of Compensation, Benefits & Payroll. In these positions, they oversaw payroll processing, managed the annual merit increase process, administered benefits programs, and maintained the HRIS system. Hollie also served as an HR/Payroll Manager and Assistant HR Manager, focusing on employee relations and onboarding.

Hollie began their career as an Administrative Assistant/Interim HR Manager at Winegardner & Hammons in July 2005, where they handled talent acquisition, employee relations, and conducted thorough investigations of employee issues.
