Raymond Duffy

Raymond Duffy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academia, management, and military operations. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Wesleyan University and a Navigation, Seamanship, and Shiphandling instructor for the U.S. Navy through LB&B Associates Inc, Duffy also acts as a Business Development Consultant for MacTaggart Scott North America. Previous roles include Vice President for Expeditionary Programs at The Steelman Group, Senior Manager at Northrop Grumman Information Systems, and a long tenure in the U.S. Navy, culminating in the rank of Captain with significant command positions. Duffy holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from Tulane University, an MBA in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University, and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Bridgewater State University, alongside a Bachelor's degree from Villanova University.
