Louis Harwood

Louis Harwood is an experienced nuclear operator currently employed at Mactech Engineering and Inspection since June 2018. Prior to this role, Louis held various positions in the drilling industry, including driller and assistant driller at Seadrill Careers from July 2014 to October 2017, where safety and operational efficiency were priorities. Louis's previous experience encompasses working as a NOV Cyber Assistant at Noble Drilling and as an assistant driller and derrickman in the Beryl Field, along with other roles that required strong adherence to HSE guidelines and operational safety standards. Louis started a career in the drilling sector as a roughneck in 2006, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set developed through diverse responsibilities and effective equipment management on the drill floor. Education was completed at Audenshaw High School for Boys and Tameside College.
