Allen Lok

Allen Lok is an experienced Behavior Analyst with a career spanning over two decades in the field of behavioral support and training. Currently, Allen serves as a Behavior Analyst at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. since May 2019 and at MACTOWN, INC. since December 2013. Prior experience includes working as a Behavior Analyst at Devereux from January 2010 to July 2012, where training was provided to foster parents on behavioral change techniques. Allen also held positions as a Behavior Analyst/Trainer at the Behavior Analysis Service Program-University of South Florida, delivering training sessions to large groups, and as a Behavior Analyst at Mapleway Communities Inc., focusing on team-led training on behavior intervention procedures. Allen began the professional journey in the hospitality sector as a server at The Pinnacle Hotel and Restaurant. Education includes a Master of Science Degree in Hospitality Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, both from Florida International University.
