Aubrey D'Agnillo has extensive experience in vendor management and customer experience, currently serving as Director of Vendor Management & Strategic Partnerships at Macy's from March 2020 to January 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing partnerships with Citibank and global BPO vendors to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
