Beth Charlton

Beth Charlton, APR, is an accomplished communications professional with significant experience in both corporate and nonprofit sectors. Notable roles include Director of Communications at Fine Arts Fund from April 1998 to March 2007, and Director of Issue Management at Macy's from 2008 to 2013, where responsibilities included addressing potential issues impacting the company and managing sustainability initiatives. Since February 2008, Beth has served as Director of Issue Management and Special Projects at Macy's, collaborating across various departments to address corporate challenges. In addition to professional roles, Beth has actively contributed to the community, co-chairing the Anderson Township 4th of July Parade from 2009 to 2010 and chairing since 2011, as well as volunteering with Agenda 360 in its early stages. Beth is also a long-term member of the Public Relations Society of America, where service included board positions and chapter presidency.
