Casey Webster

Casey Webster has over a decade of experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, and instructional design. Currently serving as Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management at Macy's since May 2015, Casey has previously held roles including Director of Learning and Leadership Strategy and Manager of Strategy, Learning and Leadership. Prior to Macy's, Casey worked at Northern Kentucky University from 2008 to May 2015, where responsibilities included managing instructional design projects, leading an instructional design team, and developing training programs. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Speech Communication from Northern Kentucky University.
