Catherine Sison

Catherine Sison is a Senior Counsel in Employment and Immigration at Macy's, Inc., where they have been a key member of the Employment and Benefits Law Team since 2010. In this role, Catherine advises on a broad array of employment-related legal issues and supervises immigration matters. They previously served as Senior Counsel for Litigation at Macy's, managing uninsured litigation and collaborating on policy development. Catherine began their legal career with an internship at the FBI, where they were the first student from Washington University School of Law to work in the Office of Legal Counsel. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Illinois University and a law degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
