Charity M, M.A., is a mission-driven leader with over a decade of experience in nonprofit administration, higher education, and corporate service. They have exemplified a commitment to student success and equity, notably increasing retention and post-graduation employment placement to 95% at Moody Bible Institute. Currently, as a Parking & Transportation Coordinator at the University of Chicago, they manage operational efficiency while fostering community connections. They also advocate for equitable access and safety through grassroots initiatives focused on child sexual abuse prevention and domestic violence awareness. Charity holds an M.A. in Nonprofit Administration & Leadership (Magna Cum Laude) and continues to pursue further education at Liberty University.
