Cindy McKenzie

Cindy McKenzie is an accomplished retail executive currently serving as Vice President of National Merchandise Execution Beauty at Macy's since July 2025. With a robust background in store experience design at Kohl's from 2015 to 2024, Cindy led various roles including Vice President of Store Experience Design, Vice President of Visual and Fixture Design, and Vice President of Visual Presentation, overseeing large teams and managing comprehensive in-store processes. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President of Retail Development at The Jones Group Inc., where Cindy directed retail strategies for the Jones New York brand, and Vice President of Brand Management at Springs Global US, Inc., where a new Home Furnishings division was established. Cindy's career also encompasses a role at Polo Ralph Lauren® as VP of Retail Development for Lauren Ralph Lauren. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Human Resources from Gettysburg College.
