Cindy Ripak is a seasoned Employee Relations Executive with extensive experience in the retail industry. Having begun their career as a Senior Auditor at Macy's, Cindy progressed to serve as Audit Manager at Federated Department Stores, where they developed risk assessments and managed audit teams.
