Cissy Brown

Cissy Brown has extensive experience in human resources and training development, serving in various roles since 1984. Currently, Cissy holds the position of Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at Macy's, contributing to the company alongside Macy's Inc. and Macy's Central. Prior to these roles, Cissy was the Director of Training and Development at Foley's and May Department Stores from 1984 to 2006. Cissy is an alumnus of Texas Christian University, having completed studies from 1973 to 1977.
