Em Yu is currently the User Experience Lead for Design Systems at Macy’s and Bloomingdale's, where they oversee customer-facing design for both web and app platforms. They graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications Design from Parsons the New School for Design and completed a study abroad program in Graphic Design at the University of the Arts London. Em has a diverse background in UX/UI design, graphic design, front-end development, and photography, having worked for a variety of companies including ELEMIS and Laura Mercier Cosmetics.
