Erica Schalk currently serves as the Director of Fraud Strategy and Analytics at Macy's, overseeing the credit fraud analytics and reporting team to implement best practices aimed at reducing fraud losses in both in-store and online channels while ensuring a smooth experience for legitimate customers. Previously, Erica held positions at Affirm as Sr. Manager of Fraud Operations and at Macy's in various roles including Director of Credit and Fraud Operations, where responsibilities included managing operations for Fraud Prevention and Gift Card Servicing with oversight of over 250 colleagues. Additional experience encompasses process improvement, risk management, and customer service, with a strong foundation in data analysis and team leadership. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix.
