Erin Haskamp

Erin Haskamp serves as a Senior Policy Advisor at Macy's since September 2020, following a progression of roles at the company, including Director of the Talent Development Center of Expertise and HR Business Partner for Real Estate and Store Planning & Design. With over 14 years of experience at Macy's, Erin has successfully managed talent processes for over 22,000 executives, driving change management initiatives and influencing user adoption of a new Talent Management System. Prior experience includes managerial roles in benefits marketing and communication, as well as a focus on HR initiatives at March of Dimes. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Public Relations, and Marketing from the University of Dayton.
