Esther Roman

Esther Roman is currently the Director of Marketing Finance at Macy's, a position held since 2022. Additionally, Esther has served as a Financial Analyst at macys.com since 2010, where they also held the role of Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis for Marketing and Creative Expense. Prior to joining Macy's, Esther worked at Lord and Taylor as a Sales Promotion Finance Manager from 1999 to 2009. Esther is pursuing education at Touro University.
