Previously, Luttman held senior roles at Macy's, where they managed significant P&L responsibilities and led large teams, and served as General Manager at Life Time Inc., overseeing a luxury health club. Their military background includes serving as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army, where they demonstrated valuable leadership in various operational missions. Luttman is also pursuing education at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
