Jeff Johnson is currently the Senior Director of Engineering for Merchandising Technology at Macy's, a position held since 2023. Previously, Jeff accumulated extensive experience in various roles at Macy's, including Manager of Engineering and Director of IT Operations, and also served as a Senior Consultant at Innovative Software Solutions, Inc. and Seer Technologies, Inc.
