Josh Janos

Josh Janos is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in retail and digital transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketplace at Macy's since 2022, Josh previously held the position of Senior Director of Retail Digital Transformation at UL Solutions, where a focus on innovation and strategic development was key. Prior to UL Solutions, Josh spent over a decade at Target in various high-impact roles, including Director of Marketplace Strategy and Operations, where the successful launch of the Target Plus marketplace was achieved, and Director of Corporate Strategy & Innovation, which involved directing strategic enterprise analysis. Josh's foundational experience also includes leading e-commerce merchandise planning operations at Target.com and successfully managing cross-functional teams for major initiatives. Educational credentials include an MBA from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a BBA from the Wisconsin School of Business.
