Kate Hlavacek

Kate Hlavacek (Revington) has extensive experience in merchandising and digital strategy, currently serving as the Senior Director of Site Merchandising for Apparel at Macy's since June 2014. Prior roles at Macy's include Site Merchandising Director and Digital Strategy Director in various categories. Previously, Kate Hlavacek held positions at Wayfair, including Associate Director of Buying for Birch Lane and Senior Buyer for Joss and Main. Kate Hlavacek's career began at Avon, where roles included Senior Merchandising Manager across multiple segments, as well as various management positions in merchandising and product development. Kate Hlavacek earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Siena College in 2006.
