Kathleen Wright

Kathleen Wright is an experienced professional in production operations, currently serving as the Director of Production Operations at Macy's since September 2011. In this role, Kathleen collaborates with internal teams and external partners to execute major event strategies, including the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and Fourth of July Fireworks. Previous roles at Macy's include Senior Manager and Manager of Production Operations, where Kathleen managed event logistics, implemented Covid-19 health procedures, and developed strong partnerships for successful event execution. Kathleen also has experience in creating customer-focused events from earlier positions in regional special events and holds a BA in Communications and Media Studies from Fordham University. Prior to Macy's, Kathleen gained valuable experience as a Communications Intern at Bottega Veneta and as a Press Intern at Jimmy Choo.
