Krish Das is an experienced executive in data science and enterprise data management, currently serving as VP, Enterprise Data Science at Macy's since August 2025. Prior to this role, Krish held the position of VP, Enterprise Data & AI Officer at Ulta Beauty from January 2022 to August 2025, leading the transformation of the organization into a data and AI-driven business within a major beauty retail company earning over $11 billion in revenue. At Inspire Brands, from September 2018 to December 2021, Krish was Head of Enterprise Data, overseeing the development of a comprehensive Big Data platform and multi-brand Master Data solutions. Krish's earlier experience includes significant roles at SunTrust Bank, where transformational strategies in data management led to enhanced operational efficiency and data quality improvements, and at Cognizant Technology Solutions, managing technology projects for Fortune 500 clients.
