Lexie Barnes is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in strategy, project management, and merchandise planning. Currently serving as Principal of Strategy & Project Management at Macy's since November 2012, Lexie has successfully driven retail sales plans and strategic initiatives, collaborated on pre-season planning, and led efforts to boost sales in the South Region as Regional Director of My Macy's Strategies.
