Marie Chandoha

Marie Chandoha is an Independent Board Director and Financial Services Executive with over 35 years of experience in investment management. They currently serve on the Boards of State Street Corporation and Macy's, and chair the Audit Committee at Macy's and the Risk Committee at State Street. As the former CEO of Charles Schwab Investment Management, Marie transformed the company, successfully doubling its assets under management to $400 billion. Marie has also held leadership positions at notable firms such as Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, and Wells Fargo Asset Management, and is recognized for their contributions to the financial industry, including being named one of the 20 Most Powerful Women in Finance by American Banker from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their professional achievements, Marie is an advocate for nature and serves as a trustee for the Nature Conservancy of California, chairing the Finance, Strategy, and Planning Committee.
