Prior to Macy's, Max was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where Max held various leadership roles such as Global co-leader of McKinsey NeXT Commerce and Leader of the Packaged Goods Practice for Asia and China. Max also has experience as a co-founder and CFO of Bo Hai Enterprises and has served in the Italian Army as a Tank Commander. Max holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Bocconi University Milan and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
