Max Magni is currently the EVP, Chief Customer and Digital Officer at Macy's, responsible for the strategic long-term vision and growth of Macy’s, Inc.’s digital commerce and customer programs. Prior to Macy's, Max was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where Max held various leadership roles such as Global co-leader of McKinsey NeXT Commerce and Leader of the Packaged Goods Practice for Asia and China. Max also has experience as a co-founder and CFO of Bo Hai Enterprises and has served in the Italian Army as a Tank Commander. Max holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Bocconi University Milan and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
