Nancy Scafa

Nancy Scafa has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Principal HR Business Partner at Macy's since May 2009, advising C-level and senior leaders across various corporate functions, including finance, legal, and transformation strategy. Previously, Nancy held roles such as Director, HR Business Partner for Stores’ Central Support and Director of Executive Talent, and has a background as District Human Resources Director in Macy’s retail stores, where responsibilities increased with sales volume. Prior to Macy's, Nancy was Director of Sales at The Carltun and spent a decade at Barnes & Noble, Inc. as Director of Human Resources, where multiple HR roles were undertaken, including HR Services Manager. Nancy holds a B.S. in Education from Adelphi University.
