Nico Moreau

Nico Moreau is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR technology, analytics, and business partnering. At Macy's, from September 2018 to July 2022, Nico held positions including Senior Director of HR Technology, Data & Analytics, and Director of HR Analytics & Reporting, demonstrating expertise in analytical skills and team building. Prior experience at Target included serving as a Senior HR Business Partner and participating in the company's first international expansion in Canada. Nico began a career in HR after transitioning from a technical environment, starting as an HR Business Partner in Training.
