Richard Choi

Richard Choi is an experienced operations leader with a career spanning both military and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Director, Facility Leader at Macy's since June 2013, Richard has held various roles including Seasonal Director of Operations and Manager of Wave Production Planning. Key contributions include establishing the Production Control Department at a Direct-to-Consumer facility and implementing a new Warehouse Management System. Prior to this, Richard served in the US Army from October 2007 to December 2010, achieving the rank of Captain and successfully coordinating over 30 combat missions. Richard's leadership qualities were further demonstrated while motivating and training a Ground Security Force Section. Richard holds an MBA from Drexel University's Lebow College of Business and a BA in Criminal Justice from The George Washington University.
