Robert Crawford

Robert Crawford has over 25 years of experience in implementing and overseeing Risk Management functions and strategies. Currently serving as AVP Client Services at Sedgwick since March 2018, Robert previously held the position of Director of Workers' Compensation & Risk Management Systems and Operations at Macy's Inc. since 2006. In this role, Robert directs all aspects of a self-insured and self-administered workers' compensation program, leading three internal teams that handle claims across 38 jurisdictions. Responsibilities include managing system applications and electronic data interchange with various departments and government agencies, encompassing areas such as Workers' Compensation Claims, General Liability/Property Claims, Risk Control, Business Continuity, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and Return to Work. Robert holds a degree from the University of South Florida, awarded between 1984 and 1988.
