Shane Russell

Shane Russell is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., currently serving as Executive Director, Head of Sales for the Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and Ulta since July 2021. Prior to this role, Shane held various leadership positions within Estée Lauder from May 2001 to July 2021, including Executive Director of Field Sales for the Eastern US, overseeing significant sales territories and driving exceptional revenue growth. Additional roles included Director of Account Management for Nordstrom and several regional sales and marketing director positions. Shane began a career at Macy's as a Group Sales Manager from November 1996 to April 2001. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas and continuing education in Business Administration and Management from Yale University.
