Thomas Zapf is a seasoned Senior Executive and In-House Counsel with 40 years of diverse experience within the Macy*s Inc. family of companies. From 1977 to 2016, they held the position of Vice President of Government, Legislative & Public Affairs and served as an Associate General Counsel. Currently, Thomas is a Vintage Auto Specialist at Packard Industries, leveraging their extensive expertise in lobbying, public affairs, and community initiatives. A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, they hold a Juris Doctor degree in general law, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Government, Sociology, and a minor in History and English. Throughout their career, Thomas has built a reputation for integrity and has developed significant relationships with influential figures in both government and the community.
