Tracy Hansen is currently the Principal of Store Strategy and Macy’s Small Format, a position held since 2024. Tracy has previously held various roles at Macy’s, including Director of Shortage Control, Operations Manager, and Manager of Merchant Strategy. Before joining Macy's, Tracy was a Store Manager at Timberland from 1995 to 2002.
