Yuri Schwalbe

Yuri Schwalbe is an accomplished marketing and procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic procurement and brand management. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Procurement - Marketing at Macy's since February 2018, Yuri previously held the role of Global Director of Strategic Sourcing, Commerce & Professional Services at Heineken from 1994 to 2017, where achievements included establishing a successful Global Marketing Procurement organization and generating over $200 million in marketing efficiencies. Other notable positions at Heineken involved VP Marketing for Heineken Russia, where a comprehensive brand strategy resulted in a 147% volume gain, and Global Marketing Manager for Amstel, recognized for winning the first Golden Lion for package design at the Cannes Advertising Festival.
