Conor Sheridan

Conor Sheridan is the Founder & CEO of Nory, a restaurant management company. Conor is also a GP at FAT Concepts Group, an investment company focusing on early stage startups. Additionally, Conor is the Co-Founder of Mad Egg, a fast casual restaurant group. With a background in fund management, business strategy, and acquisitions, Conor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Politics, and Law from Dublin City University, and a Master's degree in Economics and Strategy for Business from Imperial College London.
