Kelsey Henderson

Kelsey Henderson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 as an English Tutor at JEI Learning Center where they taught writing and grammar to K-12 students. In 2016, they worked as a Leasing Agent at Hallmark Properties, Inc, providing exceptional customer service and enacting strategic marketing. Kelsey also served as a Grader and an Education Opportunity Program Mentor at California State University, Chico, where they evaluated student work and provided constructive feedback.

In 2017, Kelsey worked as a Project Editor at Chico State Research Foundation, editing reports and creating writing guides. Kelsey also served as a Teaching Associate and Private Tutor, teaching First-Year Composition and providing one-on-one tutoring to a developmentally delayed child.

At California State University, Chico in 2018, they worked as an Embedded Mentor and a Learning Site Research Coordinator, supporting student success and collecting data for a federally funded study. From 2019 to 2021, Kelsey held various roles at Fifth Sun, including Ecommerce Merchandising Manager and Ecommerce Senior Account Manager, where they coordinated product launches and utilized sales data to drive growth.

Most recently, starting in 2022, Kelsey joined Mad Engine Global, LLC. as the Director of B2B Sales and transitioned to the role of Director of Licensing Operations and Compliance, overseeing operations and ensuring compliance. Throughout their career, Kelsey has demonstrated strong organizational skills and a focus on achieving sales and strategic goals.

Kelsey Henderson obtained a Master's degree in English from California State University, Chico between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from the same university from 2013 to 2016. Kelsey began their higher education journey at Butte College, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in General Education from 2011 to 2013. In January 2018, they obtained a certification in Social & Behavioral Research from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY.
