Michael Balen

Michael Balen is an accomplished executive in the retail and apparel industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Mad Engine Global, LLC since January 2019. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Wilder Fields from August 2021 to June 2022 and served as Director of Business Development at Hybrid Apparel, where significant achievements included leading teams to achieve over $67 million in wholesale revenue in 2017. Michael's extensive career also includes experience at Target, where ownership of a $250 million+ P&L for Seasonal Hardlines and leadership of omnichannel inventory planning teams were key responsibilities.
