Amar Jan

Amar Jan has over 23 years of work experience in finance and hospitality. Amar is currently the Head of Corporate Finance at MAD Hospitality, responsible for cash flow management, budgeting, and due diligence. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Finance and Operations at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights Hotel and Residences, where they managed financial operations and had pre-opening experience. Amar also held the role of Chief Accountant at Hyatt Regency Dubai & Galleria, where they supervised accounting operations and ensured fiscal control. Amar Jan started their career as an Accountant Cum Store Keeper at Carewell Hospital & Research Centre.

Amar Jan attended Nittur High School in Karnataka from 1981 to 1991, where they completed their High School education in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from Mangalore University, which they completed from 1992 to 1998. Additionally, Amar Jan obtained certifications in COPA from Delhi University in 2004.
