Phil Douglas

Phil Douglas has a wealth of experience in the technology industry, beginning in 2002 as a Flash Animator for Siriol Animation Ltd. Phil then moved to Piczled Creative as a Developer/Designer in 2003, followed by WDA Interactive in the same role. In 2004, they began working at MassMedia Studios as a Developer, and was promoted to Senior Developer the same year. From 2008 to 2016, they were a Technical Director, Development Team Leader, and Senior Developer at 2and2. In 2020, they joined Vitable as the Chief Technology Officer, and in 2022 they were appointed Director of Technology and Head Of Technology at Mad Paws. Throughout their career, Phil has designed and created innovative technology solutions, focusing on increasing customer acquisition and conversion while maintaining and improving the stability, flexibility and scale of the eCommerce subscription system.

Phil Douglas attended Radyr Comprehensive school before enrolling in the Glamorgan Centre of Art and Design, where they received a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design. Phil then attended the University of South Wales, where they earned a BA in Visual Communication.
