Robert Kirk is a seasoned consultant specializing in conflict minerals compliance, supply chain mapping, and smelter data analysis, with extensive experience providing solutions for various suppliers and SEC issuers since June 2012. Kirk has successfully run comprehensive conflict minerals programs, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements, validate supply chain information, and prepare SEC filings. As a Business Development Manager at Source Intelligence, Kirk has been instrumental in reducing compliance workload and improving supplier engagement for over 200 conflict minerals clients, including major public companies.
