Rony Makhoul has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked at MADA® as an SMS Account Manager since August 2020. In this role, Rony is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with wholesale telecom carriers, negotiating favorable rates, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and managing necessary studies and cost calculations. Prior to this, Rony worked at Mada Communications from May 2009 to August 2020, where they held the position of Routing Team Leader and Network Operation Center, focusing on routing changes, managing deals, and handling network operations and troubleshooting.
