Stefano Ivan Aldrovandi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

Stefano Ivan started in 2008 as the founder of WinehouseItaly, a wine search engine and platform for wine lovers.

In 2012, they co-founded madai ltd, an IT and online marketing company that revolutionized consumer engagement and reward concepts. As CEO of madai Italia, they led the sales and marketing teams, focusing on digital marketing, alliances, and customer care. Stefano Ivan also served as the CEO of madai USA and head of international business development.

From 2014 to 2014, Stefano was an advisory board member at Entando Corporation, providing vision and strategy support for international expansion and business consolidation.

Stefano Ivan then joined Microsoft, where they held various leadership roles. As part of the Digital Marketing Group, they served as the Vice President for Western Europe & France, overseeing the development of digital marketing solutions. Later, in the Enterprise Search Group, they became the Vice President for South Europe, Middle East & Africa, leading the consolidation and integration of operations after Microsoft's acquisition of FAST.

In 2017, Stefano founded Mall of Ideas, a hub for companies, investors, entrepreneurs, and dreamers looking to develop their ideas and expand into international markets.

Stefano Ivan also served as a member of the Board of Advisors for Shin Software Srl, a company focused on interactive 3D applications, and Peoplise, an HR-Tech start-up providing digital recruitment solutions.

Currently, Stefano is the Head of International Operations at Speech-i Ltd, where they are responsible for expanding and enhancing customer and partner development for Speech to Text and Artificial Intelligence solutions.

Stefano Ivan Aldrovandi has pursued various educational opportunities throughout their life. In 2021, they attended ANFA where they acquired a degree as a real estate agent and certified international real estate broker, specializing in the field of real estate. Prior to that, in 1987-1988, they completed the LAN Programmer Course, obtaining a certification as a Certified Novell LAN Expert. In 1985-1987, Stefano obtained an English Diploma from the English School Milan, with a focus on English Language and Literature. Furthermore, from 1981 to 1985, they attended ITIS, where they received a Diploma in Electronics. In addition to their formal education, Stefano has also acquired several certifications. In 2021, they obtained certifications in "Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Neural Networks" and "Building an Integrated Online Marketing Plan" from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in 2012, they earned a "Captain Sail and Powerboat - Sailing License" from the Italian Navy Authority.
