Effie Krekos

Effie Krekos has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Previously, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at MadaLuxe Group since February 2021. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, Effie was at Dermira, Inc., where they served as an Executive Assistant, coordinating and managing calendars for VPs of IT and Facilities, organizing conferences and meeting logistics, and managing agendas. Effie also worked as a Facilities Coordinator and was responsible for managing the security system, analyzing opportunities for cost savings, and assisting with employee on/off boarding and office space planning. Earlier in their career, Effie held the position of an Executive Assistant/Patient and Marketing Coordinator at California Skin Institute from 2018 until 2018. Effie also worked as a Senior Administrative Manager at Bay Area Aesthetic Surgery, managing patient inquiries, creating new protocols and consents, and ensuring compliance with HIPPA laws. Additionally, Effie served as an Executive Assistant at SkinSpirit Skincare Clinic and Spa from 2011 to 2017, where they maintained complex calendars, created processes to increase operational efficiency, and handled social media coordination. Effie Krekos attended Marinello Schools of Beauty-Santa Clara, where they obtained a certification in Cosmetologist and Aesthetics in January 2009. Effie then pursued higher education at De Anza College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree.
