Arnaud Verschueren

Arnaud Verschueren is a co-founder of Madame Sum, specializing in the production and delivery of innovative dumplings since May 2019. Prior to this role, Arnaud co-founded Yellow Parrot SA, a lifestyle and events agency, serving as managing partner from July 2017 to March 2019. Arnaud has expertise in food and beverage logistics through a position at SIHMUN, where responsibilities included managing a substantial budget for a conference. Furthermore, experience includes a sales leadership role at Fête Finale, an internship with Constance Hotels, and a technical director position overseeing a cookbook publication. Arnaud holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from EHL and completed secondary education focused on economics and modern languages at Abdijschool van Zevenkerken.
