Matthew Houlsby

Matthew Houlsby is currently the Managing Director at Madano, holding the title of Director for the Net-Zero Transition practice. Prior to this, Matthew worked at a consultancy as a Director from January 2020 to November 2021. Before that, Matthew had a long tenure at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office from 2007 to 2019, holding various roles including Press Secretary to the Foreign Secretary and Head of Media. Matthew is also a Mandarin speaker and holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from UCL.
