Jussara Patton

Jussara Patton serves as the Creative Design Manager at MadCap Software, Inc. since February 2022 and is a Fellow at StartingBloc, contributing to the development of social innovators globally. Previously, Jussara held roles in design and leadership, including Design Thinking at Creative Blend Design and Co-owner and Creative Director at JJ Creative Design, where Jussara guided a team in creating brand guidelines for over 25 companies. Early career experiences include graphic design and cross-cultural facilitation for a non-profit and serving as the Strategic Planning and Communication Director in another non-profit, focusing on multicultural team building. Jussara's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of West Florida, a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Studies from the University of the Nations, and additional degrees in Economics and Anthropology.
