Mike McDermott

Mike McDermott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and business development. As the Owner of Rapid Rock Inc. since January 2021, McDermott oversees the company's operations. Previously, McDermott has held key positions at MadCap Software, Inc. since May 2012, including Vice President of Language Services and Director of MadTranslations. Earlier roles include serving as Government Sales Manager at Networks 2000, where efforts focused on State, Local, and Education markets, and as Senior Account Manager at Deltek following its acquisition of INPUT. Additionally, McDermott provided technical support for the DHS US VISIT contract during a brief tenure at Accenture. McDermott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Radford University.
