Nina Harrison

Nina Harrison is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales management. Currently serving as the Director of Renewals Management at MadCap Software, Inc. since February 2013, Nina has held roles including Customer Success Manager and Account Manager, overseeing maintenance renewals for multiple regions including the east coast of the U.S., Europe, South Africa, and South America. Prior to this, Nina worked at DStv Online and Dstv Media Sales from March 2004 to December 2013 as an Internal Sales Executive, where responsibilities included managing and selling commercial airtime for Mnet, South Africa's leading entertainment channel, while effectively liaising with clients to align marketing strategies with programming. Nina holds a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer degree from Zone Computer Career Campus, completed in 2000.
