Marlou Valentim

Marlou Valentim is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in people and culture coordination, legal administration, and hospitality management. Currently serving as the People and Culture Coordinator at Maddocks since May 2022, Marlou previously excelled as a Legal Secretary at K&L Gates for a brief period in early 2022 and at Clifford Chance LLP from May 2012 to November 2021, where roles included Legal Secretary, Receptionist, and HR Assistant. Prior experiences include the position of Front Office Manager at Morena Eco Resort and HR Assistant at Clifford Chance. Marlou holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2005 and 2010.
